VadarMoss is a boutique executive search consultancy. We work with some very exciting, cutting edge fintechs across Europe and are seeking to expand our team in both Delivery and Business Development. You will join an agile, growing company with a collaborative, closely-knit team and receive excellent training and fast career development and where no two days are the same. You will be working with senior commercial individuals who are the cream of the crop in their respective industries, helping them secure their next career move and also working with some very exciting senior stakeholders within our tech clients.

The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are a quick learner and people-orientated. You probably like a challenge, have a naturally analytical approach and strong research abilities. With those skills, you will be able to successfully aid resourcing efforts to fulfil the client’s needs.

This will be delivered through matching candidates with clients mandates for talent acquisition, working as part of a committed team focused on delivering to the agreed deadlines. You will be able to source and qualify candidates that will meet the client’s criteria using various techniques including digital reachout, headhunting, video interviews, and face-to-face meetings.

Must-have qualifications/skills:

       Driven, ambitious, and self-motivated

       Ability to work independently

       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

       Interest in fintech, technology, or the financial services space

       Always keen to improve

       Effective communicator

Nice-to-have qualifications/skills:

       Interest in sales or business development

       Quota or goal-orientated

       Recruitment industry or Human Resource experience
