Daryl Williams

Founder & Director

Daryl Williams, the Founder and Director of VadarMoss, has 26 years of experience in Executive Search. Daryl is highly reputed and respected within the search and selection field. Daryl had the ambition to create a superior and personal service for clients and candidates so she launched VadarMoss in 2001. With a continued goal of staying one step ahead, Daryl transformed the original business model to deliver an extensive range of search projects for its clients based on a proven agile methodology delivering 100% of projects on time and with the very best talent.

Before launching VadarMoss, Daryl spent 8 years recruiting for 2 independent technology businesses, one of which is now an International brand. In her earlier career, she was trained by a global leading FMCG company and was one of the youngest ever sales directors in the business.

At VadarMoss Daryl is responsible for delivering on searches for clients and new business development. She has in-depth experience of the complete portfolio of services that VadarMoss offers and takes a hands-on approach to her work. She thrives on working with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor, assisting clients with the very best services to secure talent or working with candidates to define their future career progression.

When not at work Daryl enjoys keeping fit, running and enjoying a chilled glass of wine with a book in the sunshine.

Georgia Harper

Search Consultant

Georgia Harper is an Executive Search Consultant at Vadar Moss. After graduating from Imperial College London with a Bsc in Biology with Spanish, she joined the Delivery Team at Vadar Moss. Georgia is passionate about assisting fast- growth, global enterprises to find the right candidates – who advance not only their company, but innovation and industry as a whole. Through her  background in science, she developed a rigorous and data driven approach to which allows her to complete work with efficiency and integrity. Her personal interests include running, Spanish and environmental policies.    

Gary Williams

Talent Acquisition and Operations Director

Gary is the Talent Acquisition and Operations Director at VadarMoss. Before joining the business, Gary consulted for several fast-growing US technology companies looking to expand into the UK and Europe. His experience as a sales director, knowledge of developing sales teams and working with several start-ups allowed him to form a unique understanding of clients’ needs.

During his career, Gary discovered a passion for managing and handling the operational side of a business. Gary is process-orientated and committed to reaching targets that drive further growth at VadarMoss. Gary has focused on transforming the company from contingency executive search towards a retained search model, where VadarMoss works exclusively with their clients on project-driven hiring.

Gary has a passion for technology and prides himself in integrating and implementing new tech to VadarMoss to enable the team to operate more efficiently and intelligently. Gary thrives on the fast-paced nature of the technology industry and likes to stay connected to the latest trends that improve the client and candidate experience.

Simon Thurbon

Sales Director and Senior Executive Search Consultant

Simon Thurbon is the Sales Director and Senior Executive Search Consultant at VadarMoss. Before joining the business, Simon worked in the technology and telecoms sector, selling tech solutions to blue-chip organisations. With years of living, travelling and working internationally, Simon has a strong understanding of sales methodology and management and a great insight into supporting clients and candidates in achieving their goals. Passionate about technology and recruitment, Simon prides himself on applying an honest and hardworking approach to every person and business he works with. Simon recently supported the training and expansion of the VadarMoss team, highlighting his ambition for further growth and progression. Simon is extremely passionate about personal development and training and continues to find ways to improve his skills. He plays a very active role in the upskilling and coaching of the VadarMoss team, ensuring they always deliver a ‘people first’ service to both the individual and the client.

Faith Etokowo

Search Consultant

As an executive search consultant at VadarMoss, my aim is to connect emerging talent with forward-thinking organisations. With a background in MA Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen, I bring a unique perspective to understanding the dynamic Fintech industry. My focus is on building teams that drive innovation and success by aligning with the industry’s evolving needs. Additionally, as a longstanding member of the Aberdeen University BAME Society, I am deeply committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Amy Heraghty

Executive Search Consultant

Amy currently works as an Executive Search Consultant for VadarMoss. Amy is focused on delivering assignments for a range of global corporate, hyper-growth and PE-backed businesses. Amy is committed to supporting and advising candidates with long-term career plans and establishing stronger relationships with her candidate network. Amy graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Chemistry and was the Treasurer of the Chemistry Society. Amy has previous work experience within the telecommunications sector, including working in customer service, sales and account management roles.
